Profile Award winning Canadian writer, Anne Campbell, writes poetry, short fiction and non-fiction and, with
composer Tom Schudel, musical compositions. She is an active reader and writing workshop presenter who supports writing locally and nationally
through involvement in The Writers Union of Canada, the League of Canadian Poets and the Saskatchewan
Writers Guild.
Anne Campbell was born in the north of Saskatchewan; she studied drama at the
Conservatory, University of Regina, and early worked in museums in Regina and Calgary; later, for many years, she was on
the management team of the Regina Public Library responsible for all special services including public programming
and Writer-in-Residence.

In all areas Anne's community involvement and communications skills contributed to award winning programs and enhanced library service.   Anne has a special interest in the arts, cultural heritage and multi-faith relations, and has provided successful public programs in these areas.
